Right on the beach with a great view of beach. But will not see sun rise and set due to the angle of building. The room was clean. Small TV in common room with minimal channels, no access to your subscriptions. One elevator was down frequently. Pools were great. Stayed extra night quoted higher price by agent then booking directly to Airbnb. Honored Airbnb price. Found some great restaurants would recommend Mexican Nacho Hippo, Italian Benito’s and Crave Italian. Great water way with music Billy’s Boardwalk variety of food, seafood, sushi, ribs and more. Thanks to my son gifting us restaurant gift cards. Looking forward to returning.

This Airbnb was a waste of time and money. Host was inconsiderate about everything. Definitely will not rent from her ever again.

The building & area was nice. NOTE, there are so many codes & doors with codes, etc to remember, in my opinion. We would've like to have been able to check in when we got there, but were made to wait until 4pm, even though nobody was in the unit. We were also greeted by lots of gnats, which we took care of with vinegar...(garbage disposal). The living room tv was hard to figure out & we wound up having to use our firestick from home to get it to work. The patio furniture was nice & comfy & much appreciated! The beds were comfy & that's always a plus!

Ms. Julie was great in the beginning, very attentive and quick to respond. And then as soon as we were actually at her property, the only time we heard from her was to try and get us to spend more money with her by extending our stay which I politely declined more than 3x, however, ignored every message regarding concerns with the unit. *still have heard nothing back* The balcony door is broken and does not close correctly or lock. The bathroom door doesn’t lock. The unit was also very dusty and grimy(as far as door handles, light switches and tabletop surfaces). A lot of the staff at the resort in general were rude and impatient with guests. There were not enough provided linens for all beds, only 2. There were not enough towels, nor the amount listed to be available. However, the view was beautiful and the location was nice. The pool and lazy river were also nice.

In general it could be a great 5 star apartment. The location is great, Main Street with restaurants, bars and nightlife is walkable, balcony with stunning view and dining option, just a few steps to the beach, 3 bedrooms and 3 toilets, well equipped kitchen, everything nicely decorated, parking on premises and elevator. Only, but easy fixable, downside was the cleanliness of the place. All surfaces, tables, and countertops were dirty or dusty, bathrooms were dirty, bread crumbs in the bed. The host did response with an apology but not offering anything to make up for it. A free of charge late check out would have been nice e.g.. The fees for early check-in or late check-out are actually very high.
