“No hot water for the entirety of stay”

“This is worse experience that we have ever had at a B&B. It was so bad that we moved out for 2 nights so that we could shower where there was no mold or peeling paint. Kitchen looks like it was updated, but there is no place to eat except 2 little round tables that are so low you would be bending over to eat. No instruction on anything. False reviews are shown on there site. They gave two 80 year olds the second floor unit and never told this until the day before we arrived and then had to carry our luggage up 13 stairs that are painted a dark color and are dangerous when wet. I complained to the owner on the first day and never heard from them until we got home. Then when we complained about paying for a hotel for 2 days at additional cost for us agreed he would pay for this, but has since backtrack on this item. Now saying that he doesn’t have the money right now. The three units were occupied all the days we were there. In one review a lady talks about a swimming pool, no pool.”

“Nice place, a little run down. Had an ant problem in the kitchen, didn’t really cook due to how bad. However, owner supplied ant spray”

“A lovely townhouse with many bedrooms and bathrooms for a large group! Very clean. We did have wifi issues for over half of our time here, though, and the host did not seem concerned that we were on a work trip and absolutely needed wifi. We checked in Sun and the wifi got fixed Wed or Thu, with checkout being Fri which was very disappointing and our large group, who all works from home, all missed out on almost a week of work. Overall, it was a nice place to stay but do not stay here if you work from home or absolutely need wifi!! They are not concerned with fixing it for you.”
