“This place was awesome for a week. Then the bad happened. Major plumbing issue and the upstairs guest were loud. So you can definitely hear what’s happening above you. I would Give a 5 star review however I just feel like there is a massive disconnect between the host, maintenance crew, and guest. Things do not get done in a timely manner with this host. I had a similar issue at another one of their properties. The host are great their maintenance crew however are BAD and they will take their sweet time to get to you. If they can get their crew better staffed then this host would be almost perfect.”

“Many issues to list but I feel like others need to know - it's far from pictures and is not upkept. Could be a beautiful place but it's absolutely neglected and poorly maintained. It's a place to get by, if you don't have any other options. Would NOT recommended. In detail: -House was not as expected and totally different feeling upon arrival, as from the pics you see. -Dirty Rugs, walls, not a very clean place overall. Bedroom balcony was left with Cigarette Butt and ear swab. -Kitchen NOT equipped well. Only had 2 forks and 2 spoons, so had to go buy some. (House ads for 10 people?) Faucet moving. Fridge missing handle. Etc -Charcoal BBQ was left dirty and no brush to clean it. No grill utensils AT ALL. -Air duct vents literally has mildew around it. Just NASTY! -Some bedsheets were dirty, w/pet hair/stains. We rewashed some. -Bed frames falling apart, headrests not attached/wobble -Master Bdr door won't shut at all -Lots of broken things -Lack of furniture Just too much to list!”

“The house was a nice size, clean, spacious. However the pool was the reason we rented it. We couldn't use it at all because it was FULL of leaves. To clean it would've taken a long time. Not to mention the filter wasn't running. No refund was made as promised. NEVER AGAIN!!!”

“We needed a place to stay pretty last minute for the weekend, and overall this was a nice spot that worked well for our trip! It’s a great size for a few people and we enjoyed our stay. The only downside was that the cleanliness wasn’t quite what I’m used to with Airbnbs, particularly with some of the bedding and bathroom details. There was also a strong marijuana smell at times that seemed to be coming from another tenant, so that was outside of the host’s control. Overall, we were grateful to find a nice place on short notice and enjoyed our weekend!”

“Host was very accommodating and got back to me quickly. They were gracious about a situation I was dealing with, and I would recommend this place to young adults/students, or a couple visiting the area!”
