“The best thing about the condo was the location right on the beach & 2 balconies to watch the ocean! Very close all kinds of activities & has a covered area w/pool & hot tub. The beds & pillows were comfortable & showers had great water pressure. There was enough space for the 4 of us to spread out. Free parking garage was a block away & really easy to get in & out. I'd love to give 5 stars as I am a host as well but mgmt kinda fell short. When we arrived, it looked half clean. There was food stuck on multiple surfaces, dirty couches, sand on the floors. The beds had sand under the covers. Mmgmt said thanks for telling them and wished a great stay. Felt like AI. I had to ask directly for a cleaning crew to come back on Day 2, which they did come. MGMT asked that I comm. off the app. The response time on Airbnb is days. A huge pier is being built to the right with big cranes pounding and drilling. They do not show this pier in the pics Kitchen is not stocked for extensive meals.”

“Upon arrival the front desk was a little rude. Had trouble with door key pad. Room was very dusty, hair on the floor in common areas, and bathroom. Bathtub in master area clogged with standing water with every shower. No linens for pull out couch. Asked for 3 days for towels and they finally brought some after days worth of messages. Memorial Day weekend(bike week) we heard gunshots in our bedroom at 10pm. People screaming and partying all around. Breakfast is NOT included when you book through AirBnb. Some of the security allowed blasting inappropriate music while me and my children were in the hot tub. The people with blasting music also dancing all over and not being appropriate. Blinds in master bedroom are not the accurate size. Weed smells throughout the hallways. Not very child friendly.”

“The host was amazing! However, if you are scared of bugs or have children DO NOT RENT THIS UNIT!! This unit is infested with 2 1/2 inch cockroaches that packed our bags up and put us out!! The property manager will give you a hard time getting your refund back! PLEASE LOOK ELSEWHERE FOR A BETTER EXPERIENCE!”

“It was a good place to stay. There were a couple things that we didn’t like for example the first night that we were there I saw a roach. The dishwasher was none functioning and the kitchen needs more pots and pans we bought groceries but couldn’t cook because the kitchen was barely stocked.”
