“The AC unit that cooled the living room/kitchen area was broken. It was extremely hot our entire stay. I notified Scoast and they sent an HVAC tech out who determined a motor was bad and he was unsure he had one. I relayed that to Scoast and they did not follow back up with me on a solution. They said they would update us but did not until I reached back out. There was also a box fan in the room which led me to believe they knew of the issue prior to our stay. They offered no resolution or restitution for the inconvenience. When we would eat breakfast and lunch in the room 4 people had to eat in the bedroom due to it being so hot in the other areas. They decided my inconvenience was only worth a $99 refund! Airbnb was awesome through this process and refunded me an additional $200. DO NOT STAY HERE!”
