The glass beside the entrance to the room was cracked and dirty . The room was out dated . Beds were uncomfortable. The bathroom had mold all around the tub . The living room was dirty looking the cloth top coffee table was stained up . The rug was dirty the floor was sandy. The roof was missing paint in spots the kitchen table looked like it hadn’t been wiped down in forever . There was no smoke deck in the living room area . The sliding glass door would barely slide . The side of the building smells like sewage. When walking across the parking lot to go to the salt and lime cafe there was green sludge that I didn’t see and I tripped and fell. This room was way overpriced considering the condition of it .

The host was Amazing! Sand Dunes resort front desk people, were not the easiest to work with. Gave us a hard time checking in & finally after about 2hrs I was able to get room key. Would definitely recommend the resort for a family vacation!

The Air BNB host was responsive. The housekeeping company however was TERRIBLE. Gnats in the condo upon arrival, as well as a very disgusting visible stain. Asked for new sheets and towels upon check in, and they dropped them off almost 2 full days later…

The place inside was just as pictured , the windows and doors need updated and replaced due to cracks in the glass by the entrance but other than them needing to clean and pickup behind the furniture everything was great.

We vacationed here for 4 days 3 nights and had 3 families, party of 10, stay at the resort. The location was perfect on the beach and close to all fun activities. When we all arrived we were told only 2 parking passes were available and the 3rd vehicle would have to park at a parking meter and pay a daily fee. We paid quite a bit to stay and then traveled 6 hrs, so we felt it was wrong they couldn’t accommodate 3 passes for a group of 10. When entering the room the place looked just like the photos only with minor damage to walls, doors and kitchen appliances. The walls were really dirty and stained along with the carpet and couch cushions the carpet left stains on our feet. They only provided one roll of toilet paper in the bathroom and one towel per person. We eventually were told we had to bring our dirty towels down to get new ones. Steve, at the front desk was not nice when asked for them. If you plan on cooking like we did, I’d bring your own seasonings, oils, pots and pans.
