Sands Resorts
4.32Visit website
Sands Resorts's guest rating of 4.32 is below average and may adversely impact performance. Some of this can come from specific properties they manage — but where reviews point to manager weaknesses (responsiveness, cleanliness, listing accuracy) that would apply to your home too, they can adversely affect your bookings and the quality of guests you attract.

“The indoor pool could use an updating but that is not the hosts fault.”airbnb

“It’s a very nice location to stay in, can use a remodel. It was very confusing about who clean the rooms and handling anything for the room. I was told to call the host, the host told me to call the resort. It was just a big misunderstanding and lack of communication. I was a bit upset.”airbnb

“For the price I understand. Check in was so unclear , the map was very faded front desk had a hard time showing me where to go. After showing me what direction to go in still was after 30mins I finally find the airbnb. The water slides was not working . The Airbnb water was not hot. The Airbnb definitely could use some updates .After checking out Sand resorts try to charge my card $230+ when I called then went to front desk everyone was confused I informed the front desk I’ve paid through Airbnb in full. They couldn’t tell me why or who, they just apologized. I reached out to front desk regarding the hot water none ever came . The Airbnb is very out dated and could use a little more brightness. No tv guide n eyc”airbnb

“This place was really good for the price. Scenery was great , It was very easy to find & Had availability at such short notice. The only issue I had was with water coming from the room next door, it made the room smell bad. But maintenance came to fix it. Minus the water issue, the place was great. I would definitely stay here again.”airbnb

“Great place to stay on the ocean. Very spacious. We did have an issue at check-in but it was resolved with an hour. Make sure you check in at the front desk and have the resort staff search for your name in their system.”airbnb

“The resort seemed very old and needed some updating. The amenities were decent but not what was expected. The waterpark was small and disappointing.”airbnb

“This place was okay for what we paid. The location was good as far close to the places we wanted to go. This is pretty much like staying at the Resort. I usually stay at an Air BNB to get the extra things to help not have to pack so much. Expect the exact things as the hotel resort would supply. Check in was at the hotel resort and you have to drive a block away to get to the room. When we got to the room the door was open. looked like the house keeping left it open. but the door was really hard to shut and sticking. the patio door didnt lock either. in the instructions it said put dirty dishes in the dishwasher. there was no dishwasher which was so confusing. we didnt even use the water park because it was too far to walk with 2 toddlers alone. we just used the small pool in our tower. The TV didnt work and was instructed to contact the front desk so maintenance to handle. they were responsive but we just used our phones. they didnt have smart TVs so plan for that.”airbnb
