“Overall very happy with our stay, nothing beats being able to walk down to the beach from where you are staying. The furniture could use some updating considering how much it cost, one of the chairs was pretty much broken, the pull out couch was dirty and definitely looked like it hadn’t been cleaned.”

“The condo was truly cozy, just as described. The kitchen was well stocked, loved having a Keurig for the fast morning coffee! There was 4 pool towels for us to use during our stay, which was nice Just a wonderful peaceful condo, the pool was in our backyard, just steps away from condo, also very nice!”

“I booked to stay for 7 days total for my family vacation and unfortunately was not even able to stay 24 hours. Upon arrival we noticed many German cockroaches on the countertops and floors. We attempted to get in touch with staff however it was after hours so understandably could not reach anyone. We had to sleep with all the lights on as the roaches were crawling on the side table and bed with the lights off. We were informed the next day that staff would get back to us on the Monday for a refund however we never contacted and had to rely solely on air bnb support for a partial refund. We were able to talk to someone on the phone after I reached out on Tuesday, and they told us they couldn’t help us and were unfriendly and unhelpful after charging for a weeks worth of cleaning fees for one night. Avoid at all costs.”

“Beautiful view! Perfect location! It was a quiet, peaceful place for the family. Broadway at the Beach is only a 10 min drive for a more touristy feel. Condo have mostly everything we needed, even beach toys, bougie boards, and a beach chair. It would have been nice to have some k-cups , creamer, sugar available.. also salt and pepper. Suggest bringing a couple trash bags and toilet paper if you are staying more than a few days. Overall, we had an amazing family vacation and plan on returning.”

“No baking sheets to cook with, no oven mits to get food out of the oven. Stains on the walls. When we got there we had no trash cans. We had to wait for housekeeping to bring some. My fiancé found a dead roach next to our living room television. We found another roach just outside the apartment. The bathroom tub in the master bedroom still drains even with the plug up, so you have to keep the water running. You need two or three different remotes to operate the master bedroom television. The other guest bedroom the TV remote doesn’t work at all so we had to download an app on our phones just to use that one. First day we got there within the first 15 minutes my fiancé found somebody’s dirty underwear/shirt in a kitchen drawer while looking for cutlery.”
