“Checked in at 4pm on a Thursday. Soon as I walked in the property was too hot to be comfortable in. It was 80degrees upoun arrival!! Called the agent also called the direct line for Airbnb. The agent finally said there would be an a/c technician the next morning at 8, they never showed up until 10. They guy said there was a massive leak in the duck work, he would have to get a approval from the homeowner to do any work on the problem. I NEVER HEARD ANYTHING FROM THE AGENT AGAIN-ABSOLUTELY NOTHING. After I literally begged them to make some kind of accommodation. My husband and I burned up all weekend. Also, the DOG HAIR WAS DISGUSTING. IT WAS EVERYWHERE!!! I told the agent about that too, said the housekeeper would be there the next day at 12....and of course THEY NEVER SHOWED UP. It grossed me out - dog hair all over my clothes and it wasn't even from my own pet. Hot house and dog hair!!! It was miserable.”
