“It would have been helpful to have it emphasized that this was an upstairs unit that required stairs with no elevator access. Additionally, if we had known there was a separate check in location (very inconvenient at both check in and check out vs. keyless entry), we would have booked elsewhere. That being said, the unit itself was nice and Ocean Creek is our favorite place to vacation.”
