North Beach Vacations
4.59Visit website
North Beach Vacations's guest rating of 4.59 is below average and may adversely impact performance. Some of this can come from specific properties they manage — but where reviews point to manager weaknesses (responsiveness, cleanliness, listing accuracy) that would apply to your home too, they can adversely affect your bookings and the quality of guests you attract.

“Very wonderful place to stay. The building has awesome restaurants and other entertainments. The beach access is there and an amazing pool is pretty large. Overall, we were very satisfied.”airbnb

“Beautiful place, just the only thing was the pool didn't get much sun in the even. But other than that it was beautiful, and the kids throwing stuff in the pool was the only thing that was bad. Definitely a beautiful place”airbnb

“It was my 5th Anniversary for me and hubby it was very peaceful close to everything we wanted to . Everything went well had one complication on the lock box to check ✔️ in but I figured it out I'll give the whole experience a 9 only because we thought we had a down stairs unit but we made it do what it do..Thanks it made our week amazing my grandbaby saw the beach for the first time.”airbnb

“This place is beautiful. We loved the location. The only faults rest in the actual building itself. This place is not very kid-friendly. It seems to be mostly retired owners who live here year round. There’s tons of rules that seem ridiculous like no throwing football back and forth in the pool. The manager confronted and embarrassed us in the lobby in front of other guests just for bringing our stroller in the lobby. There were no signs saying we couldn’t have a stroller and I needed to speak to someone at the front desk anyway. I have three small children and need the stroller to get around. They wanted us to take the stroller down to ground level, go through a parking garage, walk out of a gate and up an inclined hill just to get the car anytime we needed to leave while I’m recovering from a c section and my husband has a tear in his shoulder. This made the stay uncomfortable. We’d stay again but maybe not until our children are older.”airbnb

“Home was lovely, great space, spacious and clean with everything you could need for your stay! Cool, pool and great walkability! Only 2 cons to this space... 1. You have to check in off-site and pick up your keys a few miles down the road, and return to give back the keys. You find that out only after you book. That can be a nuisance if you have to use rideshare, get to town late and/or have to leave town before their office hours. 2. You'll get a very lengthy packet of rules/tips for your stay, but there is no mention of mail delivery. I had 2 packages sent to our BNB and both got trapped in the unit's locked mailbox. When I reached out to the off-site office this was the reply I got. "Unfortunately, You would have to contact the carrier that delivered them. All packages can be delivered to our local office where you checked in for future reference" With no help in attempting to remedy it, that was a less-than-decent guest recovery. Probably still in that mailbox...”airbnb

“Inaccurate listing description - house was NOT remodeled. We understand it is a rental and has much use however it was clearly neglected in terms of cleaning and maintenance. The exterior had leaves everywhere, covering the steps it was a trip hazzard with our little ones. The outdoor furniture was covered in dirt & muck we had to cover any furniture with towels in order to sit on it. The floors were obviously not mopped in MONTHS. It was so disgusting we couldn’t take our shoes off inside and had to change our socks so often because they turned black. The upstairs shower had mold in the caulking. The location was absolutely perfect, but the house was so dirty it was almost uncomfortable to stay in and certainly didn’t allow us to relax to our fullest. The game room was so dusty and tucked into almost an exterior utility room which we didn’t feel comfortable allowing the children to spend time in there. Extremely disappointed in how run down the space was.”airbnb

“Nice location beautiful spot right on the beach. Place was outdated looked like the 70's,had rugs which gave a smell. I had to be the first guest in a while because the hot water was turned off and I had to figure out how to turn it on as well as the ice maker. Neither tv worked but they did send someone to fix them in one day. One lasted a day the other one lasted for the month I was there. The bed was comfortable and all the appliances worked well. There was no tea pot for some reason. All in all the stay was ok.”airbnb

“It would have been great, if there wasn't rodent dropping left on, under and around the couch. There was more inside the bottom drawer of the stove. The pool was dirty and full of leaves and wasn't heated for over half our trip despite calling repeatedly about it. The first staff member to come out didn't get the pool to heat and didn't clean the pool because "he had just cleaned it" The second staff member cleaned the top of the couch and found more droppings under it, we know this because he helpfully left some around the feet of the couch after he "cleaned" it. They didn't reach out to their staff to let them know we were checking out an hour late and the cleaning lady walked in to ask us why we were still there. We are currently waiting on a call back from them, it's been six hour 🙃”airbnb
