“The ceiling leaked onto the bed and continued to pour throughout the night. When I arrived, the ceiling was already peeling, and debris from the ceiling had fallen onto the bedding. Later that night, around 12:30 or 1:00 a.m., I heard water pouring from the ceiling, followed by continuous dripping. I contacted the property owner, who assured me they would review the situation and follow up. Due to the unsanitary conditions caused by this incident, which occurred during my friend's birthday, I was requesting a refund or partial compensation but no follow up of what they would do.”

“Overall it was an ok stay. Can’t beat being right next to the beach. Bathroom wasn’t very clean as well as the balcony. Resort seemed very run down and outside at night didn’t feel the absolute safest.”

“If it was only for the condo i would give a five star, although the bed is too small and it is difficult to use the faucet of the bath tub. The problem is that the building is old and lacks manutention, looks very bad , the elevators are dirty as the corridors. We do not feel secure in it. And the other problem is the street, although the view from the condo is very beautiful, the street does not have good restaurants, indeed is full of bars and drunk people and homeless. The worst problem is the noise from the streets- the cars and the motocycles do a lot of noise and pass by with louds musics during the day and at night very late, we could not sleep the two nights that we stayed there.”

“Cuándo reserven esta habitación, quiero que sepan que no se les va a entregar por la mañana. Si ustedes llegan a la playa se les entregará hasta las cuatro de la tarde cuatro P.M. porque ellos no te pueden entregar la habitación antes así que pienso que es un muy mal servicio porque tuve que rentar otro hotel para poder bañarme porque yo llegué a las nueve de la mañana y ellos entregan hasta las cuatro de la tarde, o sea prácticamente tú sólo pagas por dormir”
