Bluewater Resort Vacation Rentals in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina

“Resort was fair. Had fair accommodations but housekeeping needs to make sure floors, tables and bathroom is clean after each guest leaves. I had to do some cleaning before we began our weeks stay which was a bit unfair while on vacation. The downstairs common area, pools and laundry room was clean and convenient. I would stay again if I want to relax but it’s not in walking distance to many restaurants, stores or entertainment”

“Our rental was clean and in a good location. It was a plus to have a washer & dryer in the unit. In the description it said that shampoo & body washer were in the 2 bathrooms but all that was in them were hotel sized shampoo,conditioner and body wash 1of each in each of the bathrooms, so make sure you bring your own. Also there was only one dish towel. We also thought it would have been nice if the owner had beach/ pool towels in the unit. (I did message the owner but never got an answer.) so you wouldn’t have to worry about bringing some with you especially if you are flying in.”

“Beautiful view, convenient location with plenty of activities nearby, and great beach supplies. However, the dryer did not dry clothes at all, despite previous reviews dated from June mentioning the same issue and the host saying it would be fixed. With that being said, we had to pay an additional cost to dry our clothes downstairs. The AC also wouldn’t cool below a certain temperature, causing the place to feel hot, humid, and uncomfortable. Overall, the positives were nice, but the unresolved maintenance issues were disappointing.”

“I liked everything but I couldn’t cook the alarm was right beside it and it keep going off, it never stopped beeping and I called them and they never came I had to sleep with it bleeping, everything else was fine, the pools where nice and it had a lot of stuff near it and I didn’t like how late the time they gave it to us was they also make you give the hotel really early”

“We were on a road trip and chose this place specifically for the beach view and washer and dryer. I sent a message on 7/10 saying the dryer was a must saw reviews it was broke. They reassured the amenities would be in working order. Checked in 7/25 not working and the rep said a work order was placed and is on the list to fix. I said I contacted you 2 weeks prior should have been fixed BEFORE check in. So they expedited a maintenance company which was appreciated he said he fixed it. Went to do my first load not working. Contacted the host and got an automated we are aware of this situation. So needless to say dryer was not in working order. The place was nice and enough room for our grown kids. The area was not the best, first night saw 2 people getting arrested. Parking is not the most convenient. It’s a block away in a secured covered parking but alot of homeless people around when walking to it at night. But for the price we paid and dryer not working didn’t sit well.”
