“The resort itself was close and convenient to the beach and boardwalk, however the area had a lot of homeless and crackheads wandering the streets. The Airbnb was a nice spot, the beach decor was a little much and the kitchen sink was very small and uncomfortable to wash dishes. Other than that we enjoyed our stay.”

“1st thing parking is a block away in parking deck and didn't feel safe. 2nd Every door in the condo did not fit correctly,,hard to shut and open. kitchen sink was broken.Air conditioner didn't cool and quit are last night there and was not repairable. Dryer did not dry clothes without running for 3 times the normal time. Then the beach was closed due to pumping in sand and redoing the beach. we had to drive 6 blocks up and pay for parking in public beach access . And the noise from the machines at night was unreal!! the backup alarms kept us up all night. they ran 24 hours a day. We have been to myrtle more than 100 times and this was probably the worst beach trip ever!!!”

“My husband and I had a great stay for our anniversary! It was extremely clean and peaceful. The only downsides were the plumbing and the tv remote batteries died. Other than that, it was a great vacation.”

“As other reviews stated, there is no front desk in this building or anyone available onsite to help with anything. Upon arrival, we noticed there were not enough wrist bands for all of us to go to the pool, stains on one of the beds, and no extra pillows or sheets for the pull out beds we were planning to use. I contacted the host immediately and we were told the team would work on this (a generic ai response). Two work orders were created and then we got zero response from an actual human on when someone would be coming by. No one ever came and our last couple messages went unanswered. Quite a bummer, the place and location are fine. Would not recommend based on poor communication.”

“Days before arriving, the host was extremely responsive. Responding in less than 30 minutes. During the weekend visit, the host never responded to my questions or concerns. The key card did not work at the doors, nor the gym. The gym availability was one of the amenities that attracted me to the property. The duvet contained a few stains. I messaged the host regarding all issues with no response.”

“Our rental was absolutely fabulous!! It was everything we could hope for our 3 week stay. It was as clean as a whistle and so cutely decorated. The stocked kitchen was amazing! We loved being able to leave the door open and hear the waves at night. The biggest downfall is the location. The road behind the villa is quite busy at all times of day and night with a myriad of tourists, transients and hookers. The beach access directly across the street and right next to the resort is convenient but is also a gathering place for some unsavory characters. We never really visited the resort except to take advantage of the yummy pizza restaurant on site.”

“The condo was very clean. The bed was super comfy! However the balcony door did not lock. The microwave did not work. The sink on the kitchen has a leak. Bathroom was super small. I wish they would have told us towels and wash cloths were available , we ended up buying more. Then on the last day we found some. Great location!!!”

“View was nice and place was clean. Definitely not a nice area and parking garage is quite far away. Had a lot of yelling in the night from people above arguing. View was all that made the place. Kitchen and amenities were good. Communication was very poor.”
