“This condo was very very gross. Upon walking in, the beige grout that had been blackened by years of dirt and grime and scuffs and dirt on the walls and base boards jump out at you. The floors were so gross we wore shoes the while time. The faux wood floor was deeply scratched and scratches were stained w/dirt. The grout on the tile floors was blackened throughout the home. The place was superficially clean-dusted, clean sheets, floors probably mopped and counters wiped down but it is in dire need of a deep clean and some items need replacing. There was rust literally covering some of the bathroom fixtures, the couches/seating were saggy and discolored from dirt. The sliding door would only open half way and even that took a good bit of effort. The keureg wouldn't work and the place lacked basic items I've come to expect in air bnb rentals (paper towels, soap for showers, starter coffee/filters, laundry detergent, salt, pepper, foil, sandwich bag, etc). The host refused to compromise.”

“This place is hot extremely hot. It is a hundred and ten degree at the 21st floor hallway. There's no air condition, and the lock code is inaccurate. This host will not give you the correct code.”

“Truthfully, the condo fell short of our expectations. The pictures made the unit look beautiful, but unfortunately, it didn’t quite live up to them in person. The unit felt dated, with some of the updates seeming more cosmetic than substantial. The unit could also use a good deep clean. For two adults and two young children under three, we found the space to be quite small. We felt cramped throughout our stay, with very limited room to comfortably move around or store our belongings. Unfortunately, cleanliness and air quality were also concerns for us. The room had a noticeable mildew-like smell, and the air felt unpleasant. We all woke up feeling congested every morning during our stay, which made the experience less comfortable. That being said, if you’re traveling on a budget, this may be an acceptable option. However, knowing what we know now, we personally wish we had spent a little more to stay somewhere that felt cleaner, more spacious, and better maintained.”
