Unexpected Fees for sure. I cleaned and made sure everything was good before leaving I have proof. The pool was nasty, itchy and dirty but they swear it was clean. The tub had hair in it but I bought my own supplies to clean with. The toilet kept getting atopped up. There were condom wrappers in the dresser. Not somewhere to take kids

I have stated at 3 units in this complex (all different owners). immediately upon entering i was texting them about things being broken (in all my years of renting on airbnb...that is a 1st). I never got the internet info or info to get code the clubhouse (me and kids were outside until they texted the info). maintenance had to come at least 3 times. 20 min prior to checkout, I was getting my kids dressed. someone from the complex walked in on us. first they knocked so I put my kids in the room. that fast they took it upon themselves to enter the unit early. roughly 20 min after checkout I get a notification that they filed a claim for a broken lamp. 1. the lamp was already chipped. 2. the lamp still worked because I dif use it. they never even spoke to me. they just filed a claim even though I brought it to their attention other things were broken. when I confronted them...no replies. id NEVER stay at this unit again

I booked the spot while I was on the road on a motorcycle trip. Didn’t read the small print ( so small on my phone ) when I got there I was informed by neighbors and the property manager that motorcycles were not allowed on the property and if we left them parked there they would be towed. We ended up parking at a hotel a few blocks away and had to pay parking for keeping the bikes there. It was super inconvenient walking back and forth from the cottage to the hotel to get our bikes and drop our bikes off. It was such a hassle that we checked out a day early and headed home.

Clean condo on the beach about 9 minutes drive from the boardwalk. When you are at the beach you are just excited to be there typically. However, I had a few issues during my stay that made me decide not to book here again including: host communication soley outside of air BNB, elevators randomly stopping working and one stayed off for a significant period of time(leaving our friend in a wheelchair stranded for 30 minutes), ac stopped working our last night, micro parking garage with tiny handicapped spaces , beach not accessible before 9am unless you walk a block, rude staff on the phone, and constant construction noise and Styrofoam falling from the building being renovated next door. Just a bunch of little things added up for us and we will be looking elsewhere next trip.

Great place. Oceanfront view with balcony. Only issue was that the property, not affordable large properties, changed the door code to the building halfway into my stay so I was locked out for an hour or so. Absolutely no issues otherwise.
