Affordable Large Properties
4.34Visit website
Affordable Large Properties's guest rating of 4.34 is below average and may adversely impact performance. Some of this can come from specific properties they manage — but where reviews point to manager weaknesses (responsiveness, cleanliness, listing accuracy) that would apply to your home too, they can adversely affect your bookings and the quality of guests you attract.

“Unexpected Fees for sure. I cleaned and made sure everything was good before leaving I have proof. The pool was nasty, itchy and dirty but they swear it was clean. The tub had hair in it but I bought my own supplies to clean with. The toilet kept getting atopped up. There were condom wrappers in the dresser. Not somewhere to take kids”airbnb

“We stayed for 3 days, but the basic supplies provided were not sufficient for the duration of the stay. Each bathroom had only one roll of toilet paper, the soap provided was very limited, and there was no laundry detergent or dishwasher soap available. When we asked about these items, the responses from the host felt rude, saying this is an Airbnb and not a hotel, and that only sample supplies would be provided. The outdoor sofa area was also very dusty and did not appear to have been cleaned before guests arrived. We also experienced a bathroom water leak during the middle of the night, where water leaked directly onto the kitchen countertop area, which was very inconvenient and concerning. Additionally, there was no outdoor grill or play equipment/activities arranged as expected. Overall, the stay could have been much better with proper cleaning, maintenance, and better guest communication”airbnb

“I have stated at 3 units in this complex (all different owners). immediately upon entering i was texting them about things being broken (in all my years of renting on airbnb...that is a 1st). I never got the internet info or info to get code the clubhouse (me and kids were outside until they texted the info). maintenance had to come at least 3 times. 20 min prior to checkout, I was getting my kids dressed. someone from the complex walked in on us. first they knocked so I put my kids in the room. that fast they took it upon themselves to enter the unit early. roughly 20 min after checkout I get a notification that they filed a claim for a broken lamp. 1. the lamp was already chipped. 2. the lamp still worked because I dif use it. they never even spoke to me. they just filed a claim even though I brought it to their attention other things were broken. when I confronted them...no replies. id NEVER stay at this unit again”airbnb

“I booked the spot while I was on the road on a motorcycle trip. Didn’t read the small print ( so small on my phone ) when I got there I was informed by neighbors and the property manager that motorcycles were not allowed on the property and if we left them parked there they would be towed. We ended up parking at a hotel a few blocks away and had to pay parking for keeping the bikes there. It was super inconvenient walking back and forth from the cottage to the hotel to get our bikes and drop our bikes off. It was such a hassle that we checked out a day early and headed home.”airbnb

“The apartment quality is what I would expect for the price. The host is not up to my Airbnb host expectations. Listing notes: Third floor unit, no elevator. They list ID and rental agreement is needed. House rules on the rental agreement. They DO NOT communicate via the app which creates issues. I sent a message via the app asking if anything else was needed 24 hour prior to departure and 36 hours prior to arrival. hours before check in I was texted that I needed to sign the rental agreement where you find what is really provided which is not the same as the listing. If you are flying in, plan on buying everything which at that point an hotel might be cheaper. I arrived at 6pm door standing open. I waited all week for the promised dishwasher soap. Still not there on check out. Some maintenance issues, I didn't bother since they couldn't get me DW soap after 3 days. I won’t rent from this host again. I won't rent from Affordable Large Properties ever again.”airbnb

“This place was close to beach access we stayed from Thursday-Sunday The weather was up and down so it would take a very long time to cool or heat up the house maintenance did come the 1st night to help with downstairs TV The downstairs half bathroom sink takes a long time to let water out which was very annoying The downstairs bedroom right side of the bed was broke the whole time maintenance did not fix it and took them a whole day to come so on the last night we had to rig the bed to be able to sleep in it the downstairs furniture was not comfortable enough to sleep on we also did not receive pool passes which was in instructions and the trash cans are located in the back of the house which should be listed in instructions as well so that it can be clear where to put trash once you leave this will not be somewhere I would not like to stay again due to lack of communication and no care of us not being able to get proper sleep in the house something should have been accommodated”airbnb

“Wifi is open only; not suitable for remote work or usable speeds. Second bedroom blinds do not fully block view from outside hallway into the window. Curtains were clearly ripped off previously and not replaced nor repaired with screws left protuding on wall. Had to rig up a blanket to cover window so daughter could sleep in there comfortably. Master bathroom sink slow to drain. Cleanliness of entire place was suspect - couch stains, spill stains running down wall of kitchen island, and more. Reached out to host immediately about wifi situation and received zero assistance or remedy. Host did not respond to next request.”airbnb
