“It was a wonderful stay!”

“We enjoyed our stay overall, especially the beachfront location, ocean views, and large family room. However, we were surprised that the home did not match our expectations of a "luxury" property, particularly given the price. Several dining chairs were broken or unstable, the beds were wobbly, and the bedding was fairly basic. The outdoor kitchen was also disappointing. The grill shown prominently in the listing photos was rusted, dirty, and unusable. The owners were responsive and reimbursed us for a propane tank we purchased, but the grill's condition appeared to be due to lack of maintenance. They did provide a small charcoal grill as an alternative. The Wi-Fi was also unreliable and sometimes would not connect at all. We enjoyed our time here because of the excellent location, but we feel the listing description would be more accurate if the term "luxury" were removed.”
