“Great place. Great host. Only 2 things was I couldn’t get the bedroom tv to turn on but I think it might’ve been remote batteries. Not sure. And the sliding door to balcony was a little hard to slide. But other than that it was Perfect”

“The condo itself was good. Needs some cosmetic updates, but it was clean. Arnette was very kind and provided helpful instructions prior to and during our stay. The pools and lazy river and hot tub were good. The only thing that made our stay less enjoyable (which is not the owners fault at all) was the loud music and loud people coming and going up until 4:30 AM, as well as the very strong smell of marijuana coming into our room and in the elevators.”

“We love the location of this unit. We've stayed in this complex before and it generally is pretty quiet. We came in Memorial weekend for a family trip not knowing it was also bike week and there was a lot of street noise that could be heard from the front bedroom and living room. We did end up having to contact Arnette about our neighbors being noisy outside the front door after midnight and she contacted the building HOA. We did not hear them again afterward. But she was very quick getting back to me. There were also beach chairs and an umbrella at the unit for beach use, just bring your own beach towels. We would definitely stay again and recommend, just not for bike week.”

“Great house, I recommend! Wish they would say when booking the house that warming the pool is $400 because we would’ve planned ahead with that. But it’s exactly how it looks and very nice”

“We love the location however the dryer was extremely loud and the description was misleading! sadly our special needs twins didn’t get to enjoy the “ heated “ pool! other than that it’s a really nice location!”

“1. Peeling paint on doors and draws in kitchen and bathroom floor. 2. Living room tv only news channels. When maintenance guy showed up at 8:30 PM Saturday night, after 40 minutes determined that Direct TV connection was needed. He finally got user code and password. No written info in apartment and was not informed thru emails. 3. No soap in kitchen or extra garbage bag for trash. Three cracks in kitchen counter that definitely could hold dirt and food. 4. Coffee maker worthless, too many grinds filtered thru. 5. Some electical outlets old and loose, so plug-ins falling out. 6. Generally very low maintenance, either owner never inspects unit or does't care. 7. Definitely would want a refund”
