I had a group of 8. It was roomy for us 8. We had a pretty good stay here. I will say the code they give only works upstairs. It would of been nice to get a code for the downstairs door. Also they had no dishwash tabs, dish soap, laundry soaps and not much toilet paper. They provided this small box with sponge and dish soap. Definitely not enough. But for the most part it was a good house. If your downstairs your gonna hear everything upstairs. Every step up there.

We did enjoy ourselves and were thankful to have the space, especially for a short trip. However, there were several issues that made the stay less enjoyable than it could have been. The temperature in the condo was uncomfortably hot, the floors constantly felt damp, the half bath toilet did not flush properly, and the bed in the front bedroom was broken. The listing photos also did not seem to tell the whole story or accurately represent the condition of the condo. Our biggest frustration was not being provided the required wristbands for the amenities. Because of this, security stopped us every time we tried to access or walk around the amenity areas. We made several calls trying to get the bands, but the issue was never resolved. One person even told us, “You’re on vacation, I’m sure you can find something to do,” which felt very dismissive. Overall, we are grateful for the space, but would like some refund due to not being able to use pools, with kids

This is my first negative review, but this experience was too terrible not to share. Locked Out: I wasted an hour standing outside in the rain because the provided entry code did not work.Customer Service Failure: The original management company told me they just handed the property over to a new company and couldn't help. I called the new company, got left on hold twice, and had to send an email before they finally texted the correct code. No one ever followed up to see if I got inside. Lost Rental Time: With a tight 10:00 AM checkout and 4:00 PM check-in, the company collects rent for half a day while the property sits empty. Every hour is precious, and wasting an hour of that time due to their mistake is a big deal.Lack of Amenities: For $450 a night plus pet fees, the property didn't even provide basic coffee. After getting inside late and soaked from the rain, I had to immediately leave to make a Walmart run. This was a terrible experience.

Our stay was fine and seemed clean when we first got there. It was extremely hot to the point it felt cooler outside. It was a 97 degree day and most days were cloudy and rainy. It stayed that way the whole time, making sleep almost impossible and harder especially with two babies. There was a fan in one of the rooms which was great! Even after setting the thermostat to where it was recommend, keeping lights off, curtains closed everything we were told to do it was still so stuffy and hot. The fridge was set to the highest setting for some reason a lot of our food and milk had to be tossed after that first day. We only found one parking pass and the second one was sent to us fairly fast but of course we were approached multiple times while near the car about it and had just gotten there. Also the description says it stays 10 people but only provides 5 bracelets. We were approached multiple times at the pool about that others weren’t. Random shoe, sock and sheet on a pullout was found

Silverware was dumped in sink upon arrival. Crumbs on the floor in various rooms. Only one hot mitt and very limited kitchen ware. No kitchen towels. Decor did not match pictures but unit had beautiful ocean front view and convenient location
