“Rated 4 out of 5 stars. Main reason for not giving 5 stars was because of the issues we ran into when checking in. We were given the wrong door entry code for one of the units so we had to message the Host. She was fully transparent and told us that they had recently changed the code and forgot to tell us. We had to sit around for about 30 minutes because of this issue. There were also a couple instances where their cleaning crew came in to access their storage unit at the property and blocked the driveway. Minor inconveniences but still caused us some frustration so did not meet a 5 star rating. Overall, the property was clean and satisfied our needs.”
