Sea Island Homes in Murrells Inlet, South Carolina

“Came for a birthday girls weekend area was cute and the home was cute but didn’t seem very practical. There were a lot of kitchen items that we didn’t have that were needed like scissors, appliances, no washer and dryer etc.. lots of just little unexpected things that we were expecting when we booked the Airbnb. The place was also not very clean noticeable stains curtains falling definitely has gotten its use and can tell that there’s definitely some wear and tear on the unit. The bedrooms were also extremely hot as there’s only one window unit in one of the bedrooms that shuts off-one of the bedrooms did not have an AC unit and was extremely hot, especially for the hot summer months. Parking was also a little unpractical. We were given one space that really could only fit one to two cars for our specific unit. Overall, I think our thought process after leaving was that it would’ve been worth it to spend a little more money on a much nicer place.”

“We went for a 5 day stay having never been to Murrells Inlet before. We were hoping to fish so we booked it because it was adjacent to the bait shop and had a dock behind us. The bait shop rented us rods/reels and sold us bait and were very helpful. The marsh-walk which is steps from our rental was just as the descriptions and videos on youtube show. Loads of restaurants, boat charters, bars, music, and scenery. Our rental was very quiet. The morning wake-up at the bait shop did not bother us at all. The location is great as you can easily drive to Pawleys Island if you turn left or Surfside/Garden City/Myrtle Beaches if you turn right. The bed slept great. The ac was great. The shower was great. The front porch was comfy and private. This rental shares a front porch and the rear dock with another larger rental. We were lucky and no one stayed there while we were there. That might be too close otherwise. The unit comes with a coffee pot (keurig & regular) and toaster. It even had pods!”
