“The location of the property was perfect, and we really enjoyed being close to everything. The home had plenty of amenities and, overall, the property itself had a lot to offer. Unfortunately, our experience with the host and communication regarding several issues during our stay was disappointing. We encountered a number of problems that were reported during our visit, and we would have appreciated better communication and follow-through in getting them resolved. That said, we did our best to enjoy our time there, and overall the experience was not bad. With some improvements in communication, maintenance, and attention to guest concerns, I believe this could be a really great place to stay.”

“Location of the 113 Crab Drive is perfect for walking to the beach daily and carrying the load of chairs, and everything else you need to take to the beach. The pier is in close proximity to walk too as well. Shopping, restaurants all close enough to walk to. Family enjoyed all the bedrooms having private baths. Plenty of room for all ten of our family members. Adequately supplied with kitchen wares, pots and pans. Loved the large front covered porches to winddown the evenings on. We would absolutely consider leases this property again.”

“Stayed here over the 4th of July. while on the way down we received a message the AC wasn’t working right and a window unit was installed. Had a little trouble getting into the top floor with the given code. The installed window unit did look like it was about to fall out though and did not cool the whole house. It was bearable but you want your vacation to be cooler. The pool was amazing and the marsh view was gorgeous! The pool, deck and furniture was so nice-you could tell they really did that right! House looked like it belongs in a Nicholas Sparks novel. Super close to everything in Garden City and good public beach access. Important, when we reached out with a concern-they responded quickly-but, we did struggle with the air the whole week!”

“Location was great walking distance to the beach, (no beach items provided) pool (right next door), and near the pier. While the place was tidy and not cluttered, beautifully decorated…it was a little bit dirty. Each room had its own private bathroom which was very nice!!”
