“The hosts were very responsive which was great! They did leave cookies and wine (we don't drink wine but the cookies were nice). For consideration: The back yard didn't have the Adirondack chairs as was in the photos but it did have a couch, the overhead lights didn't work in the washer/dryer room or the bunkbed room. We had seven guests and only a hotel size shampoo & conditioner were offered. Kitchen had no tinfoil, plastic wrap, or ziplock bags. No dish rag to wipe counters with. There was a coffee pot and about 1/8 cup of a can of Folgers coffee in the cupboard. Would have been nice to have coffee and feel pampered with just those small things being available. The bunkbeds were extremely wobbly so any movement from either sleeper shook the whole frame. The master bed also had a big creek if you shifted from your back to your side in the night. Overall grime but the place is tidy. Excellent location. Beach towels were available. Boogie board/beach toys would have been nice also.”

“The house is perfectly located, 10 minutes away from downtown Charleston, 12 minutes away from Sullivan's beach and 18 minutes away from Isle of Palms. It is right next to Coleman Blvd which offers plenty of restaurants and stores. Just a few minutes away from grocery stores. This is such a convenient location. The house is in a quiet street. It is very clean and was spacious enough for our family of 6 plus our dog. The kitchen is fully equipped if you need to cook. The host was really reactive and helpful. Great contact. We enjoyed staying there, and once again the location was really a plus for us!”

“We had a great stay at this quiet, safe home. The check-in instructions were clear & easy. Communications was good. The only feedback we have is that some of the furniture needs a revamp or deep clean. There were several pieces with stains, etc. With that being said, we did have a wonderful stay and would recommend this spot to our friends & family!”
