“Let’s start with the negatives. The light switches weren’t labeled, so we weren’t able to use the outdoor grill lighting until the second day. I contacted the 24/7 support number, and although the CSR wasn’t able to resolve it directly, she was very polite and quickly submitted a maintenance request. Maintenance arrived promptly, found the hidden utility closet, and labeled everything for future guests. Also worth noting: the elevator and garage were not accessible during our stay. The positives: the property was very clean, pool maintenance was done daily, and the home had plenty of nice features and amenities. The towels and rags even seemed brand new, which was a nice touch. As for the location, I personally liked being away from the main attractions because it gave us a chance to sightsee and enjoy a quieter area. Just make sure you plan around the drawbridge traffic.”
