“Perfect place for us out of town for work”

“The place was okay, but could have been cleaner. There were stains in the couch cushions, pillows, and blankets. The building and resort itself looks like it needs better care. The bedroom TV is not set up. After leaving we were asked about a broken dryer, but there was no dryer in there. We told them there was no dryer and received no response after that.”

“My stay had some positive aspects, such as very comfortable beds, good air conditioning, and the availability of towels and basic toiletries. However, several issues affected my overall experience. The pool amenity — which was an important factor in my decision to book — was never accessible. The key provided did not work, the building administration did not have a copy, and although I informed the host, the issue was never resolved during my stay. I also found multiple maintenance and cleanliness problems: a broken chair on the patio, a damaged drawer in one of the bedrooms, a stained fabric shelf, the dining table had paint marks, a misaligned kitchen cabinet door, worn-out living room sofas, a broken piece of furniture, and the master bedroom door squeaked excessively when closed. Overall, the property needs better maintenance and more accurate verification of the amenities listed. My experience was incomplete due to the lack of access to the pool and the issues mentioned above.”

“The overall place was nice. The problem that I have is that there was bags of trash left behind in the garage that had flies and gnats flying all around them & after closing the garage door, the smell of the trash was coming into the house. None of the restrooms had tissue in them. I read the previous reviews from previous occupants after we had already got into the place, where more than enough of them stated similar situations, even adding in unclean. I probably wouldn’t have chosen this spot had I read the reviews before we chose this particular property. Too me, the property manager didn’t seem genuinely concerned about the issues as long as the places were still being rented out. It seemingly took forever to get in touch with someone, which I thought someone was going to come and pick up the smelly garbage but it never happened. This was not a very good experience and I will for sure, will never rent from another big fish owned property, nor will I recommend it to anyone else.”
