“I was very disappointed in this house, it was bare and didn't feel well cared for. The awning out back was filthy, falling to one side and debris /growing plants in gutters. The windowsills are filthy. The dining room chairs were stained. The carpet was stained. The floors felt dirty. The beds in the room with 1 double and a futon bunk bed were so uncomfortable & worn out - the guests in that room could not sleep. Disappointed that I rented this for overflow guests coming for a death in the family. I am a neighbor in this subdivision and expected it to be much more family friendly. I ask permission to meet there for a quick meal together (prepared elsewhere) and was told No due to having a few small children and 8 adults. WE Live in this neighborhood! We were not going to party or be disruptive to our own neighbors. This made everything much more difficult for the family staying in the home after 11 hrs of driving with 3 very small children. It is quite a shameful this is in our neig”
