“The only good thing about this place was the location to everything. When we first got there, the combo lock did not work and we had to call to get a manual key since the battery was dead. This house has an insane amount of deferred maintenance and overall feels like it is not clean. The hot water in the master bedroom is absolutely scolding. The advertised Wi-Fi password is not the correct password. When we got there, all of the towels were folded on the beds and they were damp as they had not been dried properly. The host did rectify this by sending New towels from a Walmart drop off. Lightbulbs were out, one remote worked for tv. As a super host of five units my recommendation is to get rid of the property management company and self manage or come take a look at your property itself. This house was WAY overpriced for the value recieved.”
