The grill is nice, but it’s charcoal so you need the bring the charcoal and the ice machine doesn’t work and no ice trays. These are helpful things to know before you get there.”

“I highly recommend to read other reviews and listen. The overall appearance of the tiny home is pretty good for the money, however, there is much needed in the cleanliness/maintenance of the property. There are areas all over the walls that have been patched and not sanded/painted. Areas on the floor that the flooring/paint is missing. Dirt/dust on the baseboards and cobwebs in the corners. An old TV mount is on the wall that would have been helpful considering you are unable to see the TV fully from the couch or bed. Considering the tiny space it is crazy how that is possible. The bed is awful!! Dips in the middle. The hot tub was unusable d/t the amount of chemicals that made the water a milky color. I did not message the night of but was pretty upset when it was still an issue on our last night and we were offered only a $35 credit. I sent pictures and was told that looked different than what the cleaner sent. I can bet they took pics then threw chemicals in right before leaving”
