“This is our first Airbnb as a family of 5 plus sitter. The home was in a good location upon arriving onto the island. Beautiful home. Comfortable bedding. Walkable to the beach access point. Bike rentals took us back n forth easily to Night Heron Park. Everything about this vacation was fun! Only bad review was dog hair was left outside on the patio furniture. Inside we kept finding dog hair pop up through the house. We have allergies and I won’t be booking another Airbnb stay that allows pets.”

“This Villa had a great configuration for our family of 5 and 1 dog. Each bedroom had a full bathroom and the beds were big. The Ac worked well and plenty of hot water and water pressure. It was clean and nicely decorated. There wasn't any basics in the place. No salt, pepper, oil, etc. Minimal garbage bags and detergent for washing machine. The kitchen amenities were basic. There were plenty of plates and silverware. Knives were dull and the frypans were not easy to use. Storage containers were minimal. We had only breakfast and lunch in the villa and gave up on cooking dinners after trying the first night. It was nice that my son could bring his dog although I was not informed about the extra fees until after booking. The management company was quite inflexible as it had a very poor cancelation policy and were very strict on check in times even though it was October in the middle of the week. It would have been nice if some beach towels and chairs were included. Location was excellent”

“Great place, very quiet, easy walk to the beach, and easy walk to the convenience store. The dryer and garbage can were broken, but other than that it was a great stay”

“Our stay with Sweetgrass was incredible. We will definitely be back and recommend this place to anyone interested in Kiawah. The location was great with lots to do and explore. Bike riding was a hit along with the beach and pool.”
