Kiawah Exclusives in Kiawah Island, South Carolina

“Place was ok compared to others we have stayed at in Kiawah -inside was tired and smelled musty. Not as large as expected and the tennis courts are a bit noisy right behind the unit. Google maps showed the address on the lagoon and when we arrived it was across the street. Toilet seat was broken when we arrived as well. Spending days at the beach with a close bike ride to the beach helped make up for the issues with the unit.”

“Very close to beach (3-4 min walk) and to Night Heron Park where there is plenty of activities available. There are 2 restaurants there and family games center with arcade and 8 lane bowling alley. Only downside to location is it is located right next to dumpster, which they empty loudly twice a week at 8am. If you are early riser, this is not a problem, otherwise it is behind a well blended enclosure and dumpster itself always remains closed to keep creatures away. This is a wonderful condo located very close to beach. I can hear the ocean from balcony. Would definitely stay in this unit again and I have been coming to Kiawah Island since 1990.”
