“This is our second stay on Kiawah and again, a 10/10 experience. The Windswept area is just perfect. This unit is so well appointed and is decorated just perfectly. It has everything you could want or need. It’s literally a 1 minute walk to the beach. Loved having the outdoor closet downstairs to store our beach wagon each day. We biked the entire island, which we love. This really is a perfect spot and this unit is so well done!”

“the biggest problem, really, is the language of all the instruction communications. Everything reads like a ransom letter that came from Hamas. and oh yeah... Checkout is by 10 am, right? Im shuttling bags to the car at 9:40, babies screaming inside, my wife trying to rope in the madness. The doorbell rings: housekeeping shows up to breathe down our necks. Do you not have watches? Best part: they sat in their suv right in the fron drive, in the way of me pulling up to load my stuff. The unit is nice. Location is great. But don't expect to be treated like a human. You are just a payment.”

“Home was clean, spacious, and good location about 10 min walk to beach which was pleasant. Only complaint was in regards to pool. It wasn’t cleaned prior to arriving in evening. They quickly sent someone next morning but unfortunately didn’t clean it to our standards. They did send them again and it was better but the kids missed a whole day and a half of pool time. It was frustrating being there three days and having to communicate about the pool that much. We chose the house bc of spaciousness, pool, and decent proximity to beach. I appreciate them trying their best in regards to the pool in the moment, but recommend that it should have been made sure to be taken care of before arriving especially considering the rental price. Otherwise, the home was comfortable, spacious, clean, private, awesome outdoor and screens porch set-up, and a short fun walk to beach. I would call ahead next time a few days or week ahead to make sure pool was going to be cleaned day ahead of arrival.”

“This unit was moldy smelling and not updated. Cable didn’t work and air filter dirty. Totally unlivable had to move.”

“The place was perfectly situated next to the beach, and it was comfortable. I was surprised by how long it took to receive a response and how stingy the owner was with items like dishwasher detergent and toilet paper. There was no sponge for cleaning dishes, and at least two lights were missing lightbulbs, all of which were slightly annoying.”
