“The house was nice but could use some updates. The primary bedroom had a bed that was so high an average person would have to jump onto it to get in! Overall our stay was good, we enjoyed the house. There was some mess that may have been missed from the cleaners- old coffee in the machine, some trash on the deck and there were roaches too. The stairs leading to the house could use more lighting and is definitely a trip hazard for anyone with mobility issues.. but overall the house was cozy, and not too far from the beach! We had a good time, and enjoyed our stay!”

“Very disappointed in the quality of the condo. Furniture was so old that kitchen chairs actually smell musty. Condo needs attention! Missing cabinet door, broken security latch, rusty furnishes, headboard in master is peeling and is very uninviting, pots and pans were so scratched the Teflon was peeling off, not even salt and pepper were provided, the secondary bathroom tile was old and missing grouting. The kitchen was nice and finished well, however the stove numbers were so worn we could not see the settings. This condo had a fantastic location and good bones. However it needs a bit more TLC. This was not the expectation we had for a place on the beach in Kiawah.”
