“If you like a more secluded beach experience, this location is a great find - a short walk to the beach and you'll find it much less crowded than the areas further south. It's a more residential feel which was a great fit for our group. The home is tastefully appointed and the kitchen is a great space to make meals for a crowd. We had 4 adults, 2 teens and 2 dogs on the trip. The glassed-in, air-conditioned porch was a great place for the dogs and the kids to hang out and we had most of our meals out there, too. The outdoor shower, the bedrooms and bathrooms were all very nice. I was impressed by how well the home stayed cool (it was close to 100F outside). The back yard is bigger than I expected and it is fully enclosed, but it could use some development to tap into its potential. The trees provide good shade, but it's all sand and pine straw and ants for now. Overall, I would recommend this place and would stay again the next time we're on IOP - our whole crowd really loved it!”

“Wow what an awesome place! If you have a large group or if it's just a couple this place is legit! The beach access behind the house is by far the most unoccupied beach in the area and the views from the deck are unmatched.”

“Very disappointing stay, especially for the price. Upon arrival, we had questions about accessing the gate because we were told to add a number to the address provided. That information was incorrect and caused unnecessary confusion. When we asked the gate attendant for help, he was dismissive and repeatedly interrupted us instead of listening. The biggest issue was the undisclosed construction directly above our unit. From check-in until Saturday during the day, when we finally left just to escape the noise, there was constant drilling and hammering. I spoke with the contractors, who confirmed they were remodeling the unit above us. I also reached out by text during and after our stay. They apologized by text and said they would notify the property manager, but no one ever contacted us or followed up. Guests deserve to know about active construction before booking so they can make an informed decision. Had we known, we would have stayed elsewhere.”
