“Location and condo was great. The cleanliness of the condo was questionable, especially downstairs in kitchen and living room. Otherwise great location and comfortable.”

“Wow what an awesome place! If you have a large group or if it's just a couple this place is legit! The beach access behind the house is by far the most unoccupied beach in the area and the views from the deck are unmatched.”

“Very disappointing stay, especially for the price. Upon arrival, we had questions about accessing the gate because we were told to add a number to the address provided. That information was incorrect and caused unnecessary confusion. When we asked the gate attendant for help, he was dismissive and repeatedly interrupted us instead of listening. The biggest issue was the undisclosed construction directly above our unit. From check-in until Saturday during the day, when we finally left just to escape the noise, there was constant drilling and hammering. I spoke with the contractors, who confirmed they were remodeling the unit above us. I also reached out by text during and after our stay. They apologized by text and said they would notify the property manager, but no one ever contacted us or followed up. Guests deserve to know about active construction before booking so they can make an informed decision. Had we known, we would have stayed elsewhere.”

“Nice location and area. Close to food and grocery. Needs a little love issue with the floor in the hall and a little furniture clean up. Would stay again with the beach, pool and parking”

“Isle of palms is where we enjoy visiting. The location is great if you like to go out to eat in Charleston. We timed our trip before the beach replenish starts but still had beach access. The location of this condo is perfect. The condo needs some minor repairs but overall was good for a few days. The kitchen is stocked well. Overall, it was clean and beds were comfortable. All cloth furniture is stained. The door to the patio needs replacing. My mother injured her hand opening the door. The dryer needs replacing. The master bath doesnot drain so we did not use it. All of this was reported to Island Realty.”

“Love the view wish the bathrooms are better”

“We had a great stay at this home. It was exactly as described - close to the beach and great amenities. There is a back gate that you can take that goes directly to a beach access. Downstairs there is an outdoor shower where you can wash off the sand before entering the house. The sunroom was also great and cozy. We had some inconveniences - the only major one being pest control. There was a somewhat aggressive wasp nest right above the door. We asked someone to come take it down but nobody came in the entire 3 nights we stayed. The wasp nest was still there upon check out. There were also tons of ant hills and activity at the back gate - we had to run through the gate to prevent being bit. We also asked someone to do some spraying as we have dogs and a kid but this was also not addressed despite confirming both work orders have been put in. I think overall the stay was great but it would have been much better with some bug control around the property. I left with 16 mosquito bites”

“This is a cozy little space and beautiful grounds. The pool, however was a mess and we were unable to get it in due to the mess it was.”

“Overall a nice stay. Conveniently located near beaches, shops and restaurants. The private access to the pier and beach was a huge plus. The condo was on the third floor, good for a workout. The kitchen was modernized and had everything we needed. The rooms were clean and felt comfortable. The balcony does face other rooms so be prepared to make friends. lol. The only issue we had was the main bathroom. The shower head water pressure was very low. We did contact maintenance to fix but the issue did not get resolved. I would recommend this condo to friends as long as the shower head is repaired.”
