“Great location, the kitchen could be better outfitted and the ladder to get in and out of the lake was broken. Overall the place could just use a little fixing up to be worth the price.”

“The house, grounds, & location in a cove are spectacular. Private. Comfortable beds. Spacious common areas. Some maintenance issues, most were repaired, some weren't. Cleaning could be a bit more thorough (lots of dust under beds & on steps, 100s of dead bugs in window sills), nothing overly concerning. Not enough garbage bins for such a large place. Not enough seating in living or dining room for the amount of people it fits. Not enough towels. Bring your own cleaning, laundry, paper products, & garbage bags. Bottom floor (kid's room) no dresser/storage & unlockable door to garage. Could be a safety concern with small children. Dock is great if you have/rent a boat, but it's incredibly wobbly & insecure in the center. Convenient to shops, not walkable. Owner/rep responsive but we felt like we were inconveniencing them with the issues, even though all concerns were valid. “This house was stunning! Beautifully decorated and well-cared for, it offered lots of space for our family to enjoy our son’s graduation from Army basic training. The views were wonderful, and it was great being right on the lake. They provided 10 sets of bath towels, so if you’re staying a while and have a lot of people like we did, you may want to request extra or bring some of your own. There were no dish towels, which was really our only issue and not a big deal. We made due with paper towels. We plan to visit again! Highly recommend!”
