“Easy access to the beach! Overall, great for the price especially when considering the little time actually spent inside.. the photos are a bit deceiving of the bedrooms, windows look into hallway. Appliances are in serious need of being replaced. The top rack of the dishwasher is rusted apart and very difficult to pull out. Washing machine/dryer, while functional, are extremely loud.”

“We loved the quiet location. The unit itself could use some love. The couch really is past its prime and needs to be replaced. It’s dirty. The master bath sink and shower don’t drain like they should, and one of the door handles on the closet door was hanging off when we got there. It was very humid in the unit and the dehumidifier had to be ran constantly and emptied multiple times a day. The wall AC units were very loud at night. Overall, it was a good experience for what we paid.”

“We booked room 1006 because it was oceanfront, had a Pack n Play and a king bed. Once we checked in we immediately noticed this was not the room we booked, it faced the parking lot and did not have a Pack n Play. This was a huge problem since we were traveling with a baby. We had to rent a Pack n Play last minute. The host eventually tried telling us they had to relocate our room but never told us prior. It became her clear that they had switched our reservation with someone else because our parking permit said check out was the day before we left and a Hosteeva rep came to our door the day before we left and thought we were just checking in. On the phone with the host once we got home, they tried telling us there were “maintainable issues” with our original room which was untrue. Very frustrating.”

“Pros * Beautiful view * Spacious condo with plenty of room * The condo itself is very nice * Plenty of towels provided * The pools that were open were very nice, the kids had a great time in them. Cons * The room was not as clean as expected. * We were not notified ahead of time that the washing machine was not working. We only found out when we tried to use it. When I immediately contacted the host, we were directed to the laundry room on the first floor. Unfortunately, the laundry room smelled strongly of mildew and was unpleasant. You could smell it before even seeing the room. * All of the pools in the first tower were down which we never were notified about until we received our check in instructions. * The beds were hard * We were offered a different room that was $900 less expensive and one less bedroom, but were told we would not receive the difference in price. * We were also offered a 15% credit in exchange for not writing bad review, which I did not feel was appropriate”

“First got there and check in was 4pm. Went up to the room 4 o’clock. The Room was a complete mess. No one was there to clean the room. They showed up at 4:15 to clean the room. So we had to sit In the hallway for a hour to get in. Then when we did get in it was still really dirty. The patio was really dirty. We spent a hour cleaning it. The bathroom sink and shower was really dirty. The smoke detector was beeping battery low. The outlets don’t all work. Location is great, Convenient, great views. For the amount of money we spent on it. I would find something else. There are a lot of places in north mrytle. I have never left a negative review for anything in my life. Just feel like other people should know especially for the price. Before they book.”
