“This place would be fantastic with some updates. Need a new mattress in main bedroom - it sinks in the middle. Carpet appears dirty and old - maybe put tile throughout the apartment - easier maintenance. Great location though - lots to do and beach is a short distance away.”

“We loved the Night Heron community. We were two houses down from the pool which was never crowded, and an easy ten minute walk to the beach. The house was clean other than a few dishes I had to rewash, but that was because of the previous guests and not the host. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back again.”

“The rental property was nice and as described. The property is easily accessible to the beach and restaurants. There is a beautiful walking trail in front of the complex which made it an easy walk to restaurants and shops about a 10 minute walk away. There is a public access path to the beach right across the street. My only concern was the cleanliness of shared pool area. I realize that that the homeowners association was likely responsible for any shared areas and out of Williams control but I felt it is worth mentioning. The pool itself was maintained and cleaned which I witnessed during my stay. The beach chairs and pool deck located under places where there were trees were literally covered in bird droppings. It looked like the chairs and area surrounding the pool may have not been cleaned in some time.”
