“We had a great stay. The condo location was easily walkable to the beach and the plaza with shops and restaurants. The pictures of the condo are very accurate. The upper level master suite was a great space. The pool area was good, but needed some more chairs. The windows in the condo don’t open which was a bummer for fresh sea air. During the week we stayed, 2 different companies came to do some minor work at the condo. We were not told anyone was coming and just happened to be there. The rental agency expressed appropriate apologies when I spoke to them about it. Would definitely stay here again.”

“This place was great! Nestled in the quiet Night Heron neighborhood, it was a wonderful and comfortable retreat for our family. It’s an easy walk to the beach and centrally located on the island, which made everything very convenient. The kitchen was very well stocked, making meals simple and enjoyable. It was also fully supplied with towels, linens, soap, and shampoo, which made our stay even more comfortable. It really made you feel like part of Hilton Head rather than just staying at a tourist resort.”

“Place was filthy. Brown stains on sheets, towels, kitchen pans and utensils were dirty, floor is destroyed, marks and scuffs on the walls, hairs in the bathroom. It was a terrible start to our stay at Hilton Head. Nothing worse than a day of travel and having to find a last minute hotel after checking in. Ocean one is very nice and I would recommend staying in the complex but avoid this unit at all costs. The reservation was refunded but no communication from the owner/manager. Not even an apology.”
