We were never able to make the living room tv work. (Three retires corporate executives tried). We sent a message for help, but never got a response. So, we had no tv for the evenings. Bummer.

The unit was wonderful. Very updated, spacious, well appointed and clean. Loved the location. However, it was difficult to locate the unit because the complex is large. A map of the complex prior to check in would have been helpful. The WiFi signal was so weak we could not use the TV. We were told to unplug the modem and plug it back in. Did not work. There was also confusion as to whether or not we needed parking permits.

Make sure to confirm that the cable and Internet works if you are here for a work trip!! I've never had to do this at an AirBnB before, so I didn't ask. I just expected it to work, but apparently someone didn't pay a bill. we had no internet/cable for three nights. plus, there is a Keurig but no K Cups. Also, contrary to normal, getting hot water out of the shower means you have to turn the knob towards the 'C', not the 'H'. (I know- it makes no sense.) BTW, we called AirBnB and VTrips when we arrived on Sunday, and an offshore help desk guy answered. we called three times. Each time they said they would call us back. I got a message thru AirBnB's app 11-12 hours later. Meanwhile, we couldn't use our computers for work. Very frustrating trip and experience. Will never stay here again. It's a little old inside, too. But the main frustration was no cable/Internet and slow response. Renter Beware

Apartment was easy to get into and the complex is quiet and very beach convenient.

Loved the area but had multiple issues with our specific host. We waited 3 hours outside the gates to receive the correct gate code to get in and only got in after we asked another renter. When we finally settled in the blended starter smoking and the shower door fell off. After contacting Airbnb, a property manager was sent out to check on things. Only rated higher because it was a beautiful beach and we didn’t let a bad experience ruin our weekend.
