“Nice, sizable two bedroom condo that the family loved! Location is good - near the beach and plenty of pool and outdoor activities to take part in.”

“Overall, the area was perfect spot on the island, very private yet accessible to many things in the area. The pictures were a little deceiving, for the fact we believed this was beachfront. It was a 5 minute walk to the beach because we were in one of the back buildings. But location on the island and all the amenities made the stay great. It actually worked out that we were by the pool with the slide and splash pad, which worked out for the kiddos. Very happy with the stay though!”

“We found ourselves in a difficult situation and Chimera went above and beyond to help us . Her villa was spacious. Had everything we needed and more. The family style resort had daily activities gif all ages; many free of charge and others just a nominal fee. If you stay July 4th weekend save yourself the hassle of going out. Stay at the resort; grill out then walk to the beach and have fantastic views. I doubt you would miss a thing by staying at this property for any occasion.”

“We booked for 6/22-6/29. We had a family of 10 flying in from different parts of the country. We received a call shortly before checkout from Marriot Properties who stated this was a timeshare unit and the owner of the timeshare only had the rights from 6/23-6/30 and we would have to pay $1,000.00 for the 22nd. We could not get in touch with the host and neither could Airbnb. I had to deal with this after paying for the thousand for 5 days into my trip until Airbnb reimbursed us $174. and were making Chimera reimburse the remainder. Come to find out Chimera is not the owner of the timeshare. They purchased it and rebooked it unbeknownst to Marriot Propeties. If the host is Chimera avoid it like the plague!”
