“We really enjoyed your home ,our stay was perfect, we woke up to an amazing view of the smoky mountains every morning….and that patio ,oh my goodness was the best, we listening to music ,relaxed in the hot tub, played uno and laugh the whole time we were there…I will most definitely be going back and this place is most certainly a top tier spot for family gatherings…I recommend it to everyone to check out..and the host were very nice and welcoming.Thank you guys for having us.”

The location was close enough to enjoy both Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge, but quiet and private while at the house. we also saw bears several times! Amazing! You won't regret booking.”

“We enjoyed our stay in Joseph's house. Our family enjoyed the game room and the pool. There was a clogged drain in one of the showers and someone was sent out immediately to remedy. There was plenty of sleeping space for each person. We saw a bear and a racoon during our stay! The house is in a very peaceful spot and certainly away from the busy areas. We would definitely recommend it to others.”

The proximity to Dollywood was great and you could see the fireworks at night from the porch area which also provided beautiful views! The hot tub, although a bit smaller than expected was a great way to end the night. Enjoyed the gas fireplace as well. The hosts provided some local recommendations we were able to check out a few and enjoyed!”
