“Close proximity to shops and restaurants. Parking spaces were tight. Easy access to beach. Room was clean and spacious, but after coming down here for several years the place is starting to look dated.”

“The house itself is lovely. The kitchen is well stocked and outdoor area nice. There's a bridge that takes you to 77A beach access and is a 10min walk or so. Two challenges we had: The garage has several areas of ceiling damage with black and a musty smell. I shared this feedback along with a few other things- remote not working, etc- the day after I checked in and received an automated response with no follow up. There's a LOT of text/email automated messaging and surveys, but not all helpful. We had a friend staying in Shipyard try to visit and that required several phone calls and sitting on hold. It would have been nice to know the steps in advance. We gave up and went up front to get her.”

“Beautiful property for a group of couples. Everything was clean and in great condition. Only two cons: host was unresponsive regarding check in and check out times, and the cost to heat the pool and hot tub was ridiculous but luckily there was no need for us to do that as the temp was manageable”

“House was great. Beds very comfortable. Read your contract-have to pay extra for the pictured hot tub. We had to pay an additional fee for the late request also. The hot tub worked for less than 24hrs. We notified Beach Prop. The pool person who came out while we were not there said it was operator error. There was only one button to push. We notified Beach Prop multiple times that the hot tub did not work only to be told repeatedly it was operator error. On check out day, pool person came as we were packing. He looked at the hot tub and found a faulty sensor which he said should have been replaced. Said it was not operator error. We did get a $340 refund after much persistence with Beach Prop. We would have loved a working hot tub though. We have received no apology.”
