“26 Sea Lane is a beautiful home and only a 10 minute walk to the beach. Unfortunately, we had several issues during our stay. 1. We paid to have the pool and spa heated and upon arrival the pool and hot tub were unusable due to a failed temperature sensor. Pool wasn’t usable until 4th day of our stay. The toilet in a bedroom was leaking around the base of the toilet. The left side of the house wouldn’t cool below 78. Some of the decking outside was coming apart. We were told we would be credited back for the pool heat since we had so many issues but no one ever called back to follow up. We were told the Beach Properties Team was in meetings all day Monday & Tuesday during our stay and we’d get a call on Wednesday. This was our 5th year using Beach Properties and prior years our stays have been great. This home needs some simple TLC to be great. The 2 Star review was based on our frustration reaching someone and lack of follow up by Beach Properties.”

“Great location. About a two minute walk to the beach and Coligney Plaza. This was very important since my wife recently had knee surgery. Getting around was a breeze. Unit is ideally located to pool, workout facility and hot tubs. Only downside was TV in Master Bedroom didn't work after day 1. Notified Beach Properties on Monday, however no one showed up to address the issue until Friday and unfortunately they could not fix problem. No other remedy offered. Disappointing but the service person did apologize. Overall it was still a very good stay.”

“The photos should be updated to show no carpet but that was fine with us. The pool man came in without knocking. We looked out from the kitchen and was scared to death! Overall, our stay was great!”

“This home was not well appointed. The things you expect in a rental we’re not available. Few rolls of toilet paper, utensils missing in the kitchen. The “extras” were for 1 unit in a home which sleeps 6. Outdoor furniture was dirty”
