“Tons of Pros, and only 2 cons worth noting. Starting, it is a wonderful, spacious house with a massive primary suite! Great TV and living room as well, to go along with a cute backyard and easy parking! They give you plenty of towels, which is appreciated! So tons of pros! There are only 2 cons that I will note for future guests. 1) There is a fully equipped kitchen with pots, pans, utensils, and the like. However, there are no basic cooking staples like Salt and Pepper, oil, or anything like that. So if you plan to cook, either bring EVERYTHING you need or purchase it at the store. 2) There are 3 bedrooms upstairs with full-size (or bigger) beds, and the bedroom on the main floor is an office turned into a bedroom with a single trundle bed that has a nesting single underneath. I felt it was worth noting as that counts as 2 of the beds, and it is just hard to tell from the photos. Overall, great communication with tons of info, very responsive as well!”

“Conveniently located to Front Street for our weekend boat trip up from Mount Pleasant. Property was extremely clean and stay was very enjoyable.”

“We enjoyed our stay, it was the perfect location for our group since we were 1.5 block away from our wedding venue. The only issues that we oncojntetef is that there was only sleeping arrangements for 7 and we had 8 people- we made that clear and asked if there was enough beds and the room had a twin that was supposed to be a queen we verified with the host before booking . The AC was awesome downstairs but upstairs the window AC units were not working properly someone came to fix them and the one worked the other didn’t even after repairs so it was really hot in there. The host did communicate really well and we had a nice dinner in our backyard that they approved overall good stay was what we needed & wanted besides the sleeping arrangements. Thank you for the stay we appreciate all that you did to accommodate us on the items that fell short. Your property is beautiful and we treated it with respect :)”

“I was deeply disappointed with this stay. The condo felt outdated and neglected—the master bedroom bed was terrible and desperately needs replacing, and the linens were just as bad. For the price, the condition is inexcusable. There’s only one TV, in the living room—no TVs in the bedrooms—and all fixtures were rusted. The stained sofa and lack of even basic coffee supplies made it feel more like a chore than a getaway. Despite numerous reviews since 2021 pointing out these issues, nothing has changed. I had to leave a day early because I simply couldn’t stay one more night. I would not recommend this place at all.”
