“Peace was fine as a management company. It was frustrating to have to drive out of the way to actually get keys,but it was nice to be able to drop them in a drop box leaving. The house was very difficult to get in. The deadbolt is tricky and many of the inside deadbolts are either inoperative from the salt air or stuck open and you can’t lock them, which is very unnerving. Someone had left a small bag of sugar in the cabinet over the coffee machine and there were ants everywhere. The oven and stove are very outdated but functional. Bathrooms were also very outdated and basic. Very surprising for a home of this caliber. Also, one of the stools at the kitchen counter had been previously broken and someone repaired it, but it was an accident waiting to happen. And honestly, the rugs and couch slipcovers could use a wash. The placed served the purpose for the wedding we were there for, but we won’t be going back to that specific place again.”

“Bugs everywhere throughout the house, they say it’s normal since in coastal area, I’ve lived in costal areas my whole life and never encountered so many insects throughout a home. Very disappointed due to the price”

“The house is well equipped and has a nice layout. The four bathrooms are awesome. The large sliding glass doors in the back and the large picture window in the front are beautiful, but kind of make you feel like you are in fishbowl (no curtains). We enjoyed watching the golfers play. The house was clean but the furniture is in need of repair (dining room chairs) and cleaning (couch chaise). The beach equipment credit (as listed in the house description) was an issue for us and required multiple phone calls to resolve.”

“I was deeply disappointed with this stay. The condo felt outdated and neglected—the master bedroom bed was terrible and desperately needs replacing, and the linens were just as bad. For the price, the condition is inexcusable. There’s only one TV, in the living room—no TVs in the bedrooms—and all fixtures were rusted. The stained sofa and lack of even basic coffee supplies made it feel more like a chore than a getaway. Despite numerous reviews since 2021 pointing out these issues, nothing has changed. I had to leave a day early because I simply couldn’t stay one more night. I would not recommend this place at all.”

“Absolutely beautiful location overlooking the 10th hole of the golf course. Goat was slow to respond to messages. Host is a realty company, so expect responses during business hours only. Otherwise, it was a great stay!”
