“First off, Julia is a very responsive host. She responds very quickly. The actual apartment is very nice. The balcony is the highlight with a beautiful view. The living room and kitchen are spacious. The AC is very finicky - it didn’t work for about 40-48 hours. But overall, the location and place are nice. It’s a very short walk to the bars, restaurants, and Bert’s - which is a Folly Beach highlight.”

“Cheapest place on the beach. It's basic but good value. The unit is as-advertised. Nice back deck. Off street parking for two cars. Good spot for a quick getaway.”

“Amazing location right on the beach! We loved the outdoor shower and rental credit to get beach chairs. It was disappointing that basic necessities like trash bags, soap and bath mats weren’t provided, especially for a house with a full kitchen. We were also surprised to learn the additional sleeping area was a hanging bed outside; it’s probably safer to say the house can sleep 8 (indoors) vs. 10 like the listing says. Overall lovely house.”
