“We had a great stay at our condo in Folly Beach! The hostess was incredibly nice and responded to questions within minutes. The condo itself was great, with beautiful ocean views and decent-sized rooms. It worked perfectly for our group of four singles — no one had to share a bed or wait for a bathroom. The location was excellent. The condo is right on the beach, so you’re on the sand in seconds, and it’s within walking distance to restaurants and shops. A few things to note: the unit is on the second floor, and the elevator is very slow. It also stopped working on our last day, so anyone with mobility issues should be prepared. There were also very few hangers provided, though Julis kindly offered more. We also expected beach towels, and there were none, so we bought inexpensive ones at Walmart and left a few behind for future guests. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay!”airbnb

“Great location! Pet friendly :) We enjoyed our stay just wish we had a few things that would have made the stay even better. A garden hose outside for after the beach to wash things off, curtains on all the windows (blackout ones) or colored window vinyl would have been great for sleep and privacy. The shower lever was leaky, the bed was slanted and the couch is small. This small cottage was just enough for our needs. The biggest plus was location. Close enough to walk or have a short cart ride to all shopping, restaurants and beach access points. Thank you!”airbnb

“The place had a great view of the ocean was big and a minor cleaning issues such as maintenance painting supplies left in the apartment and the floors were dirty and the bathroom outlets in the front part of the condo don't work at all which made it hard getting ready for a wedding”airbnb

“lots of dust under furniture . . . easy to see when we walked in. lots of rotten wood near shower bottom. we had several splinters from outside handrail. Perfect location but house was very old. very uncomfortable mattresses too, not the usual Air BnB standard we are used to. I would come again but find a newer place to stay”airbnb

“Hey yall This was a beautiful place close to the pier. I stayed with my mom for my grandmothers funeral. It is a beautiful property that is decorated decently with a beautiful patio. I would have rated it 5 stars, but some hospitality was lacking. There was a coffee maker, but no coffee filters were provided. There was an iron but no ironing board was provided. Not a single piece of shower soap provided. We paid almost $2,000 for three days. It would have been nice to feel considered. The check out rules are stringent and they expect you to strip all beds and put the bedding and towels in separate piles as well as not leave any dishes in the dishwasher when you leave. All trash to be put in the outside trash bin. It made the stay and check out a bit stressful. There was no screen and a bird flew in. The shower curtain did not reach the tub and was moldy. It’s a shame because it is such a beautiful property. With minimal effort on behalf Of the host it would have been 5⭐️”airbnb
