Guest Haus Company in Fair Play, South Carolina

“We had a wonderful stay at Guest Haus. The house is very well appointed with everything you need in the kitchen. It is chic and comfortable, with an incredible master bedroom and master bath, large 2nd and 3rd bedroom and living room and great kitchen. The outdoor area is nice to, with large porch facing the lake and nice dock to swim from. The host also did nice things like stock the freezer with a couple of bags of ice before we arrived. All in all a great place for a weekend (or week) at the lake.”

“We had a great family vacation with our two dogs and a 16 mnth-old grandchild. The fenced in deck was good for the grandchild, and the fenced in areas for the dogs were very helpful. The depth of the water off the dock was deep - good for swimming and the kayaks were fun. Some of us were older adults, so for those other older adults, it is good to know that there are 109 steps down to the dock from the house. There are railings, but there are a lot of steps - not abnormal for a dammed river lake, but more than we expected from the pictures. Otherwise, it was a very comfortable & peacful place with all the amenities you need.”

“The house was super clean and very accommodating! Our family had plenty of room and absolutely loved the view and the location on the water. The water water was beautiful, the dock was perfect and there were a lot of float options. The kitchen was well stocked and the large center island felt just like home. We will be back!”

“We stayed as a group for the Fourth of July and a couple days after. This house is in a great location on the lake and has an amazing view. Home is clean and had many items that other homes do not offer. There is a fully stocked kitchen, a Blackstone and many other items. This is a must stay location.”
