“We had a wonderful stay! The location was perfect and central to everything we wanted to do. Parking was easy, the backyard was a great bonus, and the appliances were excellent. We would absolutely recommend this Airbnb and would happily stay here again!”

“The location was awesome, and the place worked out perfectly for our family. The only issue that they have got to fix is that the Wi-Fi was pretty much nonexistent. One of our guest needed to work and there was no Wi-Fi available and they had advertised that there is Wi-Fi. Other than that, we had a great stay.”

“Place was pretty decent. There was some left over trash in the kitchen cabinets and drawers where silverware and plates live. Underneath the sofa was a lot of dust and trash. I probably wouldn’t have noticed if I didn’t drop charger brick underneath the couch. 1 room doesn’t have a ventilation vent, so you relied on the ceiling fan. Overall, I’ll give it a 3.5/5. I think the cleaning was my biggest complaint. Other than that, it’s decent for a few nights.”

“Great location downtown Athens GA. I know there are a lot of disrespectful people on this platform but this rule book was pretty long, referenced a different property, and somewhat threatening especially related to using the hvac system - potential $200 fine if you use it incorrectly.”

“The place was as shown in the photos. The host were very slow to respond. The check in information that was sent was incorrect. when I tried reaching out to the host for the correct information the took more than 24 hours to reply and that was after I called Airbnb support to assist me with getting through to them.”

“The place and location was great. We loved how walkable the place was. The management company on the other hand was not. They never responded to several messages until the day of check in which made us nervous. Plus they cancelled on me on a separate property I had rented for the upcoming Fall parents weekend (just to ask for more money.) So be aware when renting from this company. If I were the owner I’d find a more professional management company.”

“The house is adorable and clean. There is a tenant that lives in a garage apartment behind the house but we only saw him once and this was not an issue or concern at all. Our one complaint is they didn’t charge the pet fee when we booked along with the other fees. They waited until the day of check-in to tell us we needed to pay $125 immediately. I don’t mind paying a pet fee but I didn’t like a surprise charge demanded on the first day of our trip.”
