“Room was nice. Some of the TVs did not work like a smart TV. There was a rooftop just a few feet from the rooms balcony that other guest discarded the trash that was no cleaned daily. Other than that it was a nice place. There was insufficuent bedding replacement and no mattress coverings to protect the mattresses.”

This home is perfect for families who want to enjoy the beach and everything that Cherry Grove Beach has to offer. The home is located less than a block from the beach. It made transitioning back and forth during our beach days a breeze. It is also walking distance to restaurants and the IGA grocery store, and just a short drive to attractions such as Barefoot Landing and Broadway at the Beach. The home itself is adorable!!! It is beautifully decorated in beach decor. The beds were extremely comfortable, and the space was clean and organized! Elliot Realtors were excellent to work with! We didn't have any issues, but it was evident that they were available had anything come up. They were extremely friendly and helpful. They even helped my son and his friend with golfing recommendations. I definitely recommend Latitude Adjustment and Elliot Realty!!”

“Close to beach , was able to walk. WiFi wouldn’t work. Small pieces of trash on floor and jewelry. Had to clean floor for my kids not putting it in their mouths.”

“Unfortunately, the unit was not clean or in an acceptable condition when we arrived. We found multiple cleanliness issues throughout the property, and the overall condition was very disappointing compared with what was shown and expected from the listing. We were traveling with children and a baby, and we did not feel comfortable staying there. We had to pack all our belongings, leave the property, and urgently find another place to stay, which caused significant stress, lost vacation time, and additional expense.”
